Shiny tier and points added!

As you may know, there will be an official Shiny Wars event for PokeMMO this summer. With that came an official ranking and point system for shiny Pokemon. The values for these have been added to PokeMMO-Data and this website. You can view the points on the Pokemon pages and when searching encounters. We hope this small update is useful to those participating in the event. Good luck to all!
